I watched this today.
It is rather a strange film I must admit but I did enjoy it.
It's about a guy who sells guns illegally to warlords, dictators etc.
It is a heavy subject for a film but it manages to keep a light feel and is quite funny at times. Who-ever wrote it has a gift for adding comical parts in at just the right times.
Well worth watching and it is quite an eye-opener.
They shouldn't have cut the scence entitled 'It's traditional' from it though. That really did crack me up!
